Dubai unveils a digital real estate analytics platformDubai City launched its Construction Intelligence Platform at the 2025 World Government Summit  (WGS). 

This state-ART digital platform provides comprehensive and current data on buildings across the Emirates, and agrees with Dubai’s ambition to be a sustainable, technically advanced global centre for urban innovation in Dubai. It’s there.

The platform is part of the community’s commitment to improving sustainable urban planning and designing a clear, integrated vision for  future urban landscapes.

Dubai Building Intelligence Platform

Through the provision of detailed structural data and analysis, investors, developers and urban planners can enable accurate information to guide investment decisions according to Dubai’s D33’s economic agenda. 

Additionally, the initiative will further strengthen the city’s global competitiveness by promoting transparency and innovation in the real estate and urban planning sectors. 

The platform for building intelligence is a comprehensive intelligence stool that provides detailed and accurate data on Emirate buildings where investors and developers can make well-discovered decisions.

It provides important findings such as floor count, building height, total area, total floor area (GFA), and several classifications of several uses. 

Additionally, the platform provides detailed data on residential and commercial units, including the number of apartments, units and the total area. 

Economic indicators such as commercial activities, rental value, demographic data, maintenance costs, and base price valuations are also integrated to provide an overall view of market dynamics to support strategic investments and development plans.

Marwan Bin Ghalita, general director of Dubai Municipality, said: The building information platform reflects Dubai’s continued growth and pioneering role in  the design of future cities.

“It complements Dubai’s open data policy, which empowers various sectors by providing accessible information to maximize investment opportunities and drive urban sustainability.

“This initiative reinforces Dubai’s position as one of the most advanced and sustainable cities in the world. The platform will improve the decision-making process for both investors and decision-makers, enhancing the sustainability of the property sector and aligning with Dubai’s future vision for digital transformation and innovation.”

Mariam Almheiri, CEO of the Building Regulation and Permits Agency at the Municipality, said: “Our focus has been on driving urban innovation and strengthening resilience by integrating forward-looking governance and cutting-edge technologies into the planning process.

“Through the development of the Building Intelligence Platform, we are enhancing the future of smart cities and improving Dubai’s ability to adapt to evolving challenges using AI and advanced economic data analytics.”

The platform has a rent index that provides accurate real-time rent data to support your real estate investment plan.

It also provides insight into the entrances of several buildings that will enable national institutions and the private sector to optimize urban planning strategies and improve land use efficiency.
