According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the city's real estate sector recorded AED17.28 billion ($4.7 billion) in total transactions last week.

  • Sales Transactions: AED129.1 billion ($3.5 billion) in total sales volume.
  • Number of Sales:3,886 transactions recorded.
  • Mortgage Transactions: AED3.52 billion ($958.4 million).
  • Gift Transactions: AED850.6 million ($231.7 million).

Notable High-Value Sales:

  • An apartment in Omniyat’s AVA, Palm Jumeirah sold for AED73.4 million ($20 million).
  • An apartment in The Alba Residences, Palm Jumeirah by Omniyat sold for AED50.86 million ($13.8 million).
  • Another apartment in The Alba Residences, Palm Jumeirah sold for AED49.48 million ($13.5 million).
