Cityscape Global 2024 in Riyadh was truly inspiring and a resounding success for Sherwoods International Properties. It was a pleasure reconnecting with Mahdar Altamimi, a friend of over 25 years and now the Executive Development Director at a leading Saudi project. Our conversation offered invaluable insights into the rapid growth of Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector.
The event showcased $48 billion in new projects, including the SR2 billion Kings’ Square fund and The Sustainable City – Yiti. Minister Majid Al-Hogail announced SR180 billion in projects, aiming to grow Saudi’s real estate market to SR1.3 trillion by 2030.
