Q. Do I need to have a residency visa to rent a property? A. Yes you will need to have a residency visa; if your visa is being processed then a letter from your company will suffice.
Q. Can my landlord increase the rental within the letting term? A. The rental will stay the same for the first 2 years; the landlord can only increase the rental in the 3rd year and only by 5% as of present municipality law.
