Monday 16th June at the Westin Hotel saw S.I.T Tower the high-technology, commercial complex unveiled to V.I.P guests Shaikh Marwan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Brigadier Shaikh Talib bin Saqr Al Qasimi and also high profile investors and stakeholders.

Project Manager Tracey Branscombe worked closely with our Marketing Team, to generate the vision, developer Mohammed Nasir Iqbal Falak had for the IT Tower.

Established from early on in the collaboration was the unique selling point of S.I.T. This being primarily its business based location in Silicon Oasis and that it has gained the approval of Dubai’s RERA. With this business technological aspect in mind it was concluded that this should be the theme that the evening should embellish.

A spectacular light and sound show commenced which then led to revealing the model tower. The tower itself is currently 25% completed and Mohammed Nasir Falak has remarked that his confidence has been boosted with the knowing that he has a solid strategic partnership with Sherwoods Independent Property Consultants.
